Our technicians Shane Ray and James Thompson were honest and did a very thorough inspection. They understood that we were on a budget and explained all the options that we had. If it were not for them pointing out that our furnace was a fire hazard and that our ac was rusted, we would not have purchased a system. Eventually we would have been out of a lot more money.
Our installation/repair guys, Rob Carter and Jason Geddis, did a beautiful job. They made sure that everything was done the right way, they cleaned up the debris, and hauled off the old unit. It was very cold outside but they maintained a very professional, happy, and friendly attitude and even played with the kids!
