I haven't been with iStorage Mesa for long, but so far its been great. I'm actually in Phoenix, but they came highly recommended despite the distance by a friend who has stored with them for a long time.

I didn't have to do any cleaning in the unit before moving in because it was so clean. I've dealt mostly with Ryan who is great and always ready to help. But I haven't needed much help because the experience has been so great!
