I haven't had a single complaint with Mandarin Self Storage of Shad Rd. The only thing that ever happened was a leak in the roof and they gave me ten or fifteen percent off until it was fixed. I've been storing there for about two years. I like the fact that I can drive right up to the unit. I use their facility for my construction business, so I need to be able to do that, and a lot of these places make you take everything inside now.
