I've had a good and bad experience with Main Street Self Storage. It was excellent in the beginning. My father passed away last December, so I fell behind a little bit. I appreciated that they really worked with me. Then I got laid off from my job, and they didn't seem as willing to work with me. That was the bad part. I was still able to get my stuff and work things out in the end, but I don't know why they were suddenly so unwilling to help me.
