Knowledgeable, personable people. Carpeting looks great. Had a good experience from initial investigative call until time they were done. We appreciated the booties so we could go about our daily routine (though we reduced our activities.) We also opted to have protective spray applied, hoping it is the best decision. Steve also double-checked with our wishes (eg: which furniture would be moved out of the way, then back.) He also cleaned the little entry rug- thank you!
