I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday morning. Jared came on time and gave me quotes for the cleaning, scotch guard protection and stretching a wrinkle out of the carpet before starting so there were no "surprises". He was thorough and efficient. I will definitely recommend Smith Brothers to my friends and call them when I need carpet cleaning again.
