The experience was great. Your sales rep, Ross, was extremely helpful and made excellent recommendations. One in particular was to add a drain where we had had water accumulate before. He stopped in to make sure the men were doing a good job and followed through with a walk through at the completion. The crew were excellent workers, were polite, neat and steady. We are quite pleased with the results.
