Our overall experience was excellent. I was extremely impressed with the prep work the workers did.
A few things could use improvement. There was a 30 day gap from when we sent in the contract to the start date. No one contacted us to pick color during that time and we ended up having to pick at 7:30 in the am on the day they need to know the color.
We are still waiting to hear about some minor touch ups on the grout, due to deer track while it was still soft.
