This was my first time working with Mark at Indy Auto Finance and I have to praise him. I don't know him personally, but I've dealt with several finance companies before and I've never had this level of personal courtesy and customer service the Mark provided. He was very open, knowledgeable, answered questions well, not shady, and really knew what he was doing. I have told several of my coworkers about him. I just wish I had got some business cards so I could give them out to people.
