I was very pleased with the installers. Found the salesperson to be low key and somewhat knowlegeable. Was not pleased with the binding put on the xtra piece of carpet to be used as a runner I picked out a color and attached it to the runner order. Hardly any color shows. They put on a very thin binding instead of a 2 or 3" one to show off the contrasting color that I choose. Nothing like cheapening down material.
