The staff at Carpets Plus Outlet walked us through the entire process and were never once frustrated when we came back again, and again, and again, because we couldn't figure out the type of flooring we wanted. Tina guided us to the right choice and it's just amazing: It's like the flooring was made for our house. We got vinyl planks and carpeting and we also had our hearth and the facade redone. Everything is gorgeous, and it was just a fantastic experience. The cost was very, very good and I would highly recommend them. We'll have the upstairs done next and we'll go right back to Carpets Plus because their workmanship is fantastic.
