Carpets Plus Outlet has installed new carpet for my downstairs and bathroom. In my downstairs bathroom they've installed tile and when our downstairs got flooded they came out to examine our carpet and determined that it didn't need to be replaced nevertheless they did take care of it. Lastly, I'm going to have them install new carpet inside my office. I am happy with the results. The most positive part of my experience from this company is their ability to be honest along with showing me the different things in their inventory - there's no wondering. I recommend this company.
