I've already recommended Ascent Audiology! I had a hearing aid that was giving me trouble so Ascent ordered a new part for it. It still wasn't acting right and they tried to figure out why. They ordered a whole new hearing aid for me and it came very quickly. I haven't had any trouble with it whatsoever.
