We go to Alison at Ascent Audiology & Hearing to be rescued from another audiologist. I was referred to her and did some research and that's why we go here. We haven't used her device but she has helped us with the ones we already have.

I trust Ascent Audiology & Hearing a lot. It's always nice and relaxed when we go in. Michelle, the receptionist, is congenial and comforting. It's all done with small talk and a hug. If there is a mistake, they are always very apologetic. They are just down to earth people.
