Although Dr. Kelly did not help me originally with my aid, she treated me like a star patient.
I had stopped wearing my left and only required aid because I could hear nothing using it. After much prodding from my kids, I returned to Ascent and Dr. Kelly. She adjusted it to the proper settings and I wear it and I CAN HEAR.
