Happy Carpet and Blind Cleaning offered to do a hot water cleaning of the carpets in my house. What I really liked was that Greg told me every single detail about the cleaning and gave me a quote on the phone after I'd told him about the carpet and area it took up. The quote was for $199. They guy who came out to clean the carpet then charged me exactly $199, because that's what we had talked about! I know some cleaners who would've looked at the carpet once they were there and raised the quote. Happy Carpet stuck with theirs. They were really nice about that.
