Rich was professional and really nice.
We had three bedrooms that needed to get done. We called Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning about two days before, so he was readily available. He was a professional and super nice guy. He also did the mats in our van. We asked him to do that the morning of the visit, so that was really nice.
