Just wanted a support tech to get on a system I setup for some self assurance I was doing things the right away. Within a day I had a time setup, call, webex, and a tech who knew it all!

Within an hour I was confirmed not to mention armed with a bit more knowledge and some tweaks I never would have found on my own.
