Garbage disposal backed up

The technican didn't even work on my garbage disposal which is only 3 years old for more than 15 minutes. He didn't have to use any parts, replace anything etc. the bill was almost $300. I will not be using this service again.

I show on the invoice that your disposal was unclogged by our technician and that the tech received authorization prior to doing any work.
