They were happy to work with us and take our money, but when we had a problem with the seam they tried to fix it a few times then basically told us there was nothing else they could do, it was just the carpet. The installers were nice and tried hard it was the company that never returned a phone call when it didn't work, we had to call them multiple times over and over to get any where with them. So much for there 60 day guarantee:(
