American Flooring have been wonderful. I bought wood floors through them, but they weren't just willing to help me with the wood floors, they wanted to help me with the tile that I got as well, that I didn't buy from them. They have a very holistic approach to their business. They are still storing my wood flooring that I bought 3 months ago at their location because I couldn't bring it back yet. I've had two customer service experiences with two people there that have been great.
