Rodent problem 12-2-13, called talked to Paul around 4 30pm and he said someone will be here between 10-12 the next day. John called me at around 9 30am the next day and he was here in 5min. VERY Professional, explained what he was going to do--long story short-- in attic he found proof of RATS, set traps and this morning at 8am I heard a trap go off. The company still has to make an appointment to repair the entry point, but it has only been 1 day. John already has an appointment for 12 6 at 8am to recheck traps. Company is very professional, I like doing business with privately owned companys.
