The Pearson Honda facility is exceptional! It is always clean and organized. The staff is very professional. A Pearons staff member always greets you at your car as you pull in and directs you to the first available desk. The waiting room is comfortable, and coffee and snacks are available. The service work is always completed quickly. I trust the judgment of the technicians and so far, my 3-year old Honda CRV has only needed oil changes and tire rotations! I am very impressed and very pleased with the service I have received at Pearson Honda.
