When calling to set the appt, the staff was courteous and efficient. Jason, the service tech, showed up on time and was super nice, very quickly discovered the issue with my garage door not working like it should. He corrected some things, put in new rollers and pointed out items that may need to be fixed in the future. He took time to explain and even showed me what he was saying.
