after having appointment for 2 weeks they called the day prior that time was not available
Heard the ad and went on website to schedule appointments for AC and plumbing. Got an appointment for AC service to join BAM program two weeks in advance and they called the day before saying time was not available, no explanation or aplogy. I never got a call to schedule plumbing. Now I'm glad I didn't
