This is my third time using Shooki and Express Dry Carpet Cleaning. He is fastidious. I had a few difficult things this time and he took care of all of them. He's conscientious, reliable, and good at what he does. They also stick to their estimate of the price. I've worked with other companies before them and they all give me one estimate on the phone. When they show up, all of a sudden the price gets more expensive. That's not the case with Express Dry Carpet Cleaning. They stick to their word and don't charge more.
