We went to Abby carpet tired of looking at the big home stores and searching on line. Ravi listened to our list of wants in wood flooring, showed us samples and figured prices. Gave us more to think on. We couldn't agree on what we wanted. About a week later we went back in to see Ravi, told him our problem and he pulled out another sample that was perfect for both of us! The floor is down and beautiful! Thank you so much! It was great to have someone listen to us and understand what we wanted even better than we did.
