Robinson's does not guarantee their work. I had to hire another plumbing company to fix problems.

One problem was an incorrectly installed sump pump. Another was a water leak at a pressure switch the Robinson's plumber installed in the crawl space. A coupler broke and the plumber who fixed the leak said it was not even needed.

Mistakes are human. The plumber who came out was a hardworking and decent man. However, he works for people who do not take responsibility for errors, but instead blame the weather, "system design," or the customer.
