Less than a week later, the problem reoccured. We called them again and was told, there would be another service charge and an additional charge for equipment. The person, I spoke to didn't know the cost of the equipment. We called another company, they came out to fix the problem that was not completely fixed the first time. After hours charge ($383.00) are already high and then provide extremely poor service. We received a call back from them stating, there wouldn't be another service charge. Extremely poor customer service and a lack of knowledge and communication. Won't ever use them again.
