Tom's Floor Store installed carpet and vinyl flooring throughout our house. The carpet turned out fine, but the installers did a poor job of installing the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. We've only had it for three months and the corners are coming up in the bathroom. We had to call them to fix an issue with the carpet and they came out and corrected the problem, but we have yet to call them about the vinyl flooring. We like Tom's Floor Store because their prices are competitive to the big box stores and their sales staff is knowledgeable, I just question their quality of installation.
