Where do I begin. The first month they cut the grass so low it started yellowing. I asked to have it cut higher, was finally done three weeks later. The next few weeks went by fine. Then comes payment time, I pay. Two weeks go by with no lawn cut, and during this two weeks I get no calls back after leaving messages or no emails back. So finally I canceled services , got a full refund, and got an apology email after I cancel... Ha
