I've been going to PoleFIT Revolution for 5 years now. Melanie works with me to adapt around my situation and find time for me to come in and work out. She helps with weight and eating correctly. If I don't feel comfortable doing a specific move, she won't force me but will move on to something different. I like the undivided attention she gives me.
