We used Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor for the first time, and we had bamboo flooring put down. There was a problem with the floors where the bamboo separated.

The manufacturer stood behind the product through Abbey Carpet, and they completely redid the floor. When we had a problem, they stood behind it, so I would highly recommend Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor!
