The store staff at Abbey Carpet in Anniston was very helpful. We liked their service and their prices. The installers came in and installed the product. We felt the installers could have been more professional. It seemed they had been working a lot of hours and they were frustrated, they were making a lot of personal comments. Overall, it was a good experience. We like the carpeting very much and we would use them again.
