Have been long time and loyal customer who has spent considerable money and have had service contract in place since first purchase. Problem discovered several months ago with an installation, have spoken to sevrvice manager who cane out to look at the situation and never heard from since. Placed several calls, but no response. Called to follow up to learn this person has left and was given to the new manager. Waiting fro the return call and no answer, but not surprised. Will now look at differnt way to remedy. Customer Service does not seem to be #1 priority. Very easy to say, but not much behind it..really dissapoointed because up to this point it was a positive experience.
