Stan's installed my A/C about 10 years ago, and I immediately signed up for their Gold Service Club. The technitian that came out to my house recently was both polite and professional. I am a 74 year old female and I was having trouble disconnectiong my cable box. He helped me and I really appreciated him taking the extra step.
