Sean from High Definition Audio Video, Inc. did a good job. We had him come in to program a universal remote. Ours was a Logitech, which he wasn't able to completely program. He had one with him on his truck so we bought that one and will send the Logitech back. Sean was rated highly online. His reviews were very favorable and he was fair on price. We would use him again.
