I love them. I have been using Professional Carpet Care personally for at least 15 years, so Jason, one of the owners, was like a kid when I first started. I trust him enough to leave him alone in my house when he's here cleaning.

I feel he is trustworthy, and he really makes a difference. The carpets always look much better when he's done, and he has gotten out difficult stains. But most of all, he's trustworthy, which is really important to me.
