Chuck Simpson was exemplary in his explanation of the maintenance problems that I had with my roof. He carefully explained the problem and the solution, offering pictures to support his explanations. His proposal portfolio was also very professional. I expected the service to begin on a certain date. To my surprise, they were able to do the roofing repairs earlier than promised. The roofers arrived at 8:30 and were finished by 10 AM. Overall, a very positive experience with The Roofing Company.
