Did a good job. Were a little delayed in coming to do the work, and could improve communication there. I thought you were coming one day, but no one showed. I was away that day, so I couldn't determine if the work had been done. several weeks later I was called and told they would be cdoing the work that day, and they did come and do the job. that said, the work was properly diagnosed and comleted.
