Our apologies for taking so long with the job and that you were caught in the middle of a major storm that we have not seen since Isabel. From looking at the details in your record, we were hit with the huge Nor'easter just days after you called us in November. We experienced three times the volume of calls than we normally do in a week. The high volume continued for over a month. Again, our apologies.
