From start to finish, my first experience with The Roofing Company in Hampton, Virginia was flawless. The first person to visit asked many questions, then used my garden hose to replicate rainwater until we, with me standing inside listening for dripping, could pinpoint the leaky area. This gentleman then wrote a contract, with many specifics. I had to wait almost two months for the repairs, but our area is still recovering from a destructive Nor'easter that hit in November, 2009. During the 6-7 week wait, I received an email almost weekly telling me that I was on the production schedule.

Once work started, the two gentlemen demonstrated their thorough knowledge of slate work and their professional attitude. They were hardworking, respectful, tidy, and completed the job in less than the estimated two days. The best news is that my roof no longer leaks!
