I was scheduled for an estimate on Monday. The representative that came was unprepared to give the estimate and rescheduled to come back the next day. Needless, to say the representative did not show or call. So, I called the representative and was promised to be on the schedule for Thursday. Again, no show or call. I am unhappy with the customer service and wanted others to know about this experience.
