I have been an X Gym client for over 5 years and I couldn't be happier with the service.

I have been a member of lots of other gyms over the years and the same thing always seems to happen - I go to the gym for a while then life gets in the way, I stop going and I am stuck paying a monthly bill and getting no benefit.

At X Gym, I have a regular appointment with my trainer every week and, surprisingly, I seem to go to the appointment.

Before I joined X Gym, I had not stuck with any work-out program for 1 year and now I am working on my 6th year at X Gym.

The training is personalized and it works. No one believes that you can get a great workout in 20 minutes but its true. Its an intense 20 minutes but it works and I can get on with the rest of my day.

I have recommended these guys to several of my friends who are now members so I am happy to write a good review.

The staff are fantastic. I have worked with lots of their trainers over the years and have not had a bad experience with any of them.
