question: do you do heat loss studies as part of your service?
also: interested in back up support incase of power failure. what are the options?

Laurie, Kris, one of our salesmen, is trained to do Heat Loss analysis. Kris is usually out of the office, but I will email him that you are interested in that. As far as back up power, we do sell propane generators. That is our other salesman's, JT, speciality. I will pass your name onto him as well.
