The Pool and Spa Center is very well informed about the products they sell. Where I felt they failed was in their follow-up with us. They delivered it, set it up and gave us some superficial instructions. They didn't make sure we knew how to run our new hot tub. They do this everyday so it is simple for them, but for us the new system was complicated. They have a good knowledge base and the delivery was fine, but they need to make sure that the customer feels comfortable with the features and understands how to do the maintenance.
