The implementation team from SCI Solutions was very knowledgeable. Though I think they could have understood our site a little better, they did a great job with the application.

The customer service team is exceptional; they are second to none. They are very responsive, and always look to answer your questions. The documentation is excellent. They have training videos that are good but a little outdated.

We've been using SCI for year. They are definitely the number one scheduling niche product in the industry. They are so good when it comes to all this.
