SCI wasn't difficult to work with and was easy set up and to train staff. We have so many entities that the set up proved to be very repetitive, so for me, some kind of copy function would have been helpful. I haven't had time to look at the reporting functions yet, but SCI has sent some preliminary reporting to me right after we went live to show that it is being used by our referring doctor's offices.
