They make scheduling so much easier.
I liked what I saw when we had the demonstration by SCI Solutions. They had one of the most user-friendly programs for scheduling patients. We started using Schedule Maximizer in October 2001 and went live with Order Facilitator in December 2006.
We have had a great experience with SCI. The people I contact and work with when I have a problem are always quick to respond. They listen when you make suggestions about something that could be done a little better, and they take those things to heart. They consider everything and, a lot of the time, they make changes to the system based on your suggestions.
