This was my first time with Karakas Roofing. They came out did what had to be done. Turned out it was originally too much; 4 tiles taken out, little bit of flash work had to be done. The original estimate was 250, ended up being 375. A little more work had to be done. The front the gable over the kitchen had a protrusion out of the roof, there was some stuff that was gathering there and it hadn't been flashed properly, so he pulled some tiles out, reflashed it and cleaned it out. So he found that and that was good. Glad I was referred to Karakas Roofing.
